REGAL POKER TABLE SHIPPING INFORMATION

All Poker Tables will be shipped via Truck Freight. The freight service includes curbside delivery only. The freight company or its driver is not responsible for lifting or carrying the item into your home. Therefore, we recommend that you have help available to move the item into your home. You will be contacted in order to schedule a delivery date and time. Typically, there will be a four-hour timeframe for the delivery and someone must be home for the item to be delivered. If you are not present at the scheduled delivery appointment you may be subject to a "Re-delivery Fee," which must be paid at the time of your re-delivery. Please inspect the package thoroughly before signing for the delivery. It is normal for packaging to show some wear; however, please carefully inspect the item for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. If there is any noticeable damage to the package (i.e. forklift holes in the box or pieces falling out of the box), refuse delivery and contact the freight carriers Customer Service. Please notify us immediately also.

International Orders Note: Other Fees Incurred.

All Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the Customer. This includes and is not limited to Customs Broker Fees incurred to get your products into your Country. We will do everything within our power to supply you with an estimate of these fees; however since we do not have any control on these fees we can only estimate them. To get a better idea of these fees we recommend that you contact a customs broker in your country and discuss their fees for clearing your freight at the border and also any duties, taxes and other charges that you will be liable for when bringing the products into your county. We ship to various countries around the world; however we are not able to keep up with current import charges for every country.

When shipping to Canada we can get a final charge for your products as we have a Canadian Export Number and we ship to Canada Weekly.

Shipping to Mexico, we will charge you for shipping and crating to the Customs Broker of your choice in Texas. All fees, duties, freight and taxes incurred to get the freight across the border and to your location are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you get an estimate of these fees in writing before you place your order so you will have the full cost of the shipping prior to ordering your Products.

Shipping By Sea Port to Countries Abroad:

If you are not able to receive your merchandise by trucking freight, We will charge you for shipping your Freight via Truck to the appropriate port to be placed on a cargo ship to your local port. The freight is then handed over to a company to forward the merchandise to you freight collect. The merchandise will either need to be picked up at the local port or can be forwarded to your location by land freight means. All fees from the US port to you including and not limited by the charges of the freight forwarding company are the responsibility of you the customer. We can get an estimate of all fees from the freight forwarding company prior to finalizing your order upon request.
